Software Support Technician

We Are Currently Looking For A Software Support Technician To Join Our Expanding Team.

Duties Includes:

  • To ensure high-level provision of support to commercial partners via phone, email and support forums.
  • Delivery of first-class customer services, investigating issues and working with the client to a satisfactory resolution.
  • Communicating with internal departments and where required escalating problems.
  • Updating and maintaining records and reports.
  • The role may also involve order processing, software testing, graphic design, web design or customer training dependent upon skillset and business requirements.


  • Must have a high level of customer service skills, computer literacy and understanding of IT software.
  • Previous IT helpdesk experience, IT systems administration and experience with EPOS software are all advantageous.
  • Must have excellent communication, and good problem-solving skills and great attention to detail.


£20,000 - £30,000 dependent upon experience.


Monday - Friday - 9am - 5pm
