In Depth Look At Bathams Brewery
Batham’s are an existing customer of Business Reply, and are extremely happy with the great service provided. They set Business Reply the challenge to provide a technology update to the EPoS system that they had supplied over 12 years ago. The transition to the new system needed to be seamless for staff and managers so that they could continue to concentrate on providing excellent service to their customer’s without needing to worry about the technology.
ICRTouch’s TouchPoint allowed for complete customisation of the layout and look and feel, which meant that the solution appeared to be a modern refresh of the old system so that staff would already feel comfortable with the solution.
TouchPoint‘s built-in scripting engine meant that Business Reply could replicate some features of the original solution that were not present as standard within TouchPoint.
Business Reply’s careful planning and project management of the installation and switch over meant that the old EPoS system within all 9 sites could be turned off at Midnight on Sunday and the new solution in place and running by midday on Monday.
Bathams were extremely happy with the whole process and impressed with how smoothly the cutover to the new system went.
