BHLive chose an ICRTouch EPoS system, through Authorised Partner CCM EPOS to enhance their business and they now have 100 TouchPoint terminals all linked to the instant and reliable cloud-based back office software, TouchOffice Web.

TouchOffice Web allows BH Live management to view and analyse real-time sales data from all 100 of their connected TouchPoint terminals instantaneously. BH Live now have deep business insights at their fingertips and can run their business on-the-go. TouchOffice Web drills down into head office, site level or even individual employee information. Historical sales data is available, which can be sorted into date range graphs and charts making it easy to identify sales trends and patterns.

The cloud-based back office system provides the ability to manage stock orders and transfers, adjust product price level units (PLUs) linked with the TouchPoint till and management of TouchTakeaway, a custom branded online shop from ICRTouch.

TouchOffice Web also links with popular accounting software Xero which allows businesses to view their financials, send invoices and reconcile online.

Lee Howard, Head of Support and Development at CCM EPoS, who provided the installs for BH Live said:

“BH Live originally came to us with the remit of a cloud based back office solution. It needed to be quick, easy and reliable. Along with the power to get all the in-depth analysis for the finance departments.

With sites across the south coast and London, a firm grip was needed on control of the estate.

BH Live were not keen on a dedicated server for their back office and all the associated networking, maintenance and running costs. So a web based solution was the only option.

We are proud to have had a hand in this project since day one and are continually pleased with its ongoing development and success. We would like to take the opportunity to thank ICRTouch for all their support and constantly keeping the ICRTouch suite of products relevant in the modern and fast changing world of EPoS.

We now have a significant portion of our customer base using TouchOffice web, enabling them to truly take control of their business.”

CCM EPOS are a professional, responsive and helpful team of people based in Dorset who not only care about their customers, but also provide excellent advice on the best ICRTouch EPoS systems to suit your business needs. Specialising in touchscreen point of sale systems, with the option to buy, rent or lease.

A deferred date has been set for the implementation of the new Employment (Allocation of Tips) Act. On 1st October 2024 it is proposed that this Act will make it unlawful for employers to withhold gratuities from their workers and ensure that tips are allocated fairly amongst all staff, including those on zero-hour contracts. Here’s what the new legislation means for the hospitality industry and how it will impact operations.
With hundreds of products and thousands of transactions each day, it can be challenging to identify trends and thoroughly analyse data on how your hospitality business is performing. Without this knowledge, it’s difficult to make intelligent business decisions, which is why a robust management system like TouchOffice Web is a vital asset. It provides a bird’s eye view of operations to ensure you’re managing resources as efficiently as possible heading into the busy summer season.
