Blind Tiger Inns was founded in 2017 and has since expanded to 18 pubs across the North West and Midlands. Our venues are a combination of city centre and community pubs which each deliver their own personality, history and trading style.

Our pubs provide the best in entertainment, live sport and fundraising events as well as an eclectic mix of lagers, cask ales, wines and spirits. We pride ourselves on delivering great products and community values in safe, comfortable and enjoyable surroundings.

Our brand is all about passion and flair when it comes to design and layout of our operations. We invest heavily in the brand of Blind Tiger so we are recognised wherever the customer may be.

Our portfolio of sites are located in busy towns/cities, community areas and near sporting venues so we attract a wide range of customers. These include tourists, locals, business professionals and people looking to enjoy a great night out.

With sites very close to Aintree Racecourse and The Cavern Club on Mathew Street we do get destination seeking customers frequenting our businesses on a regular basis. We provide reasons for them to come back by implementing ByTable and integration with Como Loyalty.

The Challenge

Prior to implementing Epos Ready we used a local company across our 18 sites however this did not provide us with any real opportunity to manage and control stock at site level. Steve from Epos Ready demonstrated how simple and easy the stock system would be and how this can provide us with a live GP which is crucial to hitting bottom line profits.

Implement live stock management at site level, create a bespoke report that displayed all of our Weekly incomings and outgoings to help with the accounts team. Furthermore we needed a solution that would continue to develop and grow alongside our portfolio of operations.

Epos Ready are more flexible and offered a better support package. We can rely on them 7 days a week to support our Epos, Como Loyalty and

Epos Ready has helped us to gain a better till system and build more internal procedures. This, in return, makes our whole business slicker.

A total number of 44 x 15" Epos Terminals across 18 sites in the North West and Midlands. Utilising ICRTouches Suite of Software which includes TouchPoint, TouchOffice Web, ByTable, Integration with Payment Sense and Integration with Como Loyalty.

Absolutely! Our GP is much better and we have tighter stock control.

We have saved a fortune on stock holding by using the system in detail and this in turn keeps our managers under control at site level.
