Kebabeesh is a multi-award-winning family run authentic Indian restaurant established in 1979 and based in Greengates in Bradford. Their influences, like the tastes in their signature dishes, come from India and Pakistan and echo all the way back to the ancient Mughal Empire.

Yorkshire Payments provided a full Epos system, Card Terminals and Online Payment Gateways. This allowed a seamless integration between orders made directly via their TouchTakeaway website.

This is fantastic for their many regular takeaway customers, it fully integrates with the Restaurant so the chefs know what is going on. All orders can now come directly through to Kebabeesh rather than using third party takeaway apps that apply high charges. During the COVID-19 lockdown, Yorkshire Payments have assisted with their online service to adapt to the government guidelines.

Yorkshire payments, have helped us endlessly with the introduction of bespoke online ordering and epos system for the takeout and delivery side of Kebabeesh. This has helped us move away from using other online services that charge a commission-based service and in our case don’t actually bring new customers they convert our old customers to their service.”

What effect has the current Covid-19 Pandemic had on your business and the industry you're part of?

“Covid-19 has effected all of the dining-in aspect of our business. The restaurant can only now operate as a takeout and delivery service. This has had a huge effect on the business and staff.”

Yorkshire Payments have been observing all guidelines to keep our team and our clients safe during the Coronavirus pandemic. Full PPE is worn during installations and customer visits. This includes face masks, gloves and social distancing. Yorkshire Payments have enabled Kebabeesh to make changes to their business and payment systems to allow them to adapt to the current situation.
