We have been taking a closer look at ICRTouch sales data - analysing April, which included Easter and a two-week school break, alongside May, which saw two bank holidays, a half-term and a heatwave.

As a result of the new tax year, UKHospitality’s latest member survey has reported significant concerns regarding operational costs across the UK’s hospitality scene. The survey collected responses from some of the most influential voices in the UK’s hospitality industry, including the British Beer and Pub Association, the British Institute of Innkeeping (BII) and Hospitality Ulster, revealing the damaging impact on the industry.
