As ICRTouch prepare to announce their end of year figures, details of record breaking performance in 2014 and unprecedented growth confirm their position as the UK's leading EPoS software provider.
ICRTouch reached the unrivalled milestone of 50,000 licenses sold back in June 2014.
Around the same time they reported that their cloud based back office software, TouchOffice Web had reached 5 million transactions, and was seeing peak time sales of 1 per second. We're now handling 3 times that amount, and have seen over 18 million transactions this year – though this is perhaps not surprising, since signups for the service have more than tripled!
EPoS system installations have totalled a massive 7500 so far this year – nearly 2000 up on 2013 figures. Monthly sales records have been smashed 4 times during 2014, standing at 823 installations compared to a previous monthly high of 705.
ICRTouch’s flagship product, TouchPoint, has been one of the main areas of growth for the company, with sales rising by 33% in 2014.
PocketTouch, ICRTouch’s food/drinks ordering software for handheld devices has more than doubled it’s licence sales, this is in large part due to its continued development and availability on any android device and any iOS device.
Colin Ringer - CEO and Co-Founder
“Wow this year has been amazing; the number of new EPoS systems that we have installed is trully staggering, however the numbers only tell part of the tale. I'm often asked by some of our partners how it is that we continually manage such impressive year on year growth.
For this year we have further bolstered up our customer support department but have also made many additional key recruitments into the software development department, this has resulted in increasing both the number of web and mobile application developers that we have. As a result of this investment, throughout this year, we've seen the development team bring out various new epos software products, such as TouchTopUp Web which allows customers to manage their account balances and make payments online or direct from their mobile phone.
Part of this recruitment process has also meant that many of our epos system add-on products are now being ported to the ever popular iOS platform, which means Apple iPads and iPhones can now form an integral part of an ICRTouch EPoS System..”
ICRTouch is firing on all cylinders with total licences being up 26% this year around the board and an average monthly sales figure of 667 installs. It is quite clear that there is no competitor in the EPoS industry that can touch ICRTouch.
