Awesome software by the way, this customer is really picky over how a till should work and so far I've been able to find a solution for everything they've challenged me with.

They've thrown out 3 other systems (from other dealers) over the years because they had some failings or features missing that they wanted. But they're really enjoying getting ICRTouch working how they want it to!

Textlocal Introduces New Mobile Ticket And e-Voucher Services For EPOS Systems

ICRTouch have partnered with leading text message platform provider Textlocal, who offer online mobile marketing and communication services for businesses via their online, self-serve platform Messenger 3.0.

Textlocal services enable businesses to instantly communicate with customers, members or staff through text message communications; these include a cloud based ticketing and e-voucher solution that delivers vouchers straight to a customer's smart phone.

What Are The Services For Your EPOS System

Online services can be linked with the TouchPoint EPOS System to provide versatile ticketing solutions.

Entrance tickets can be sold online and the ticket sent via text message to the customer's smart phone.

Tickets are scanned direct from the mobile screen at the entrance terminal or turnstile to provide quick entrance, cutting down on queuing times or even allow for separate fast track queues and automated entrance systems.

The service allows for unique codes to be used, which makes the system highly secure with the option for the tickets be redeemed only once before they no longer work.

The text service also works with loyalty schemes to allow for multiple purchase redemptions such as the typical coffee shop scheme - buy 10 coffees and get the next one free.

Automatically text the customer when they near the redemption point to encourage them back to purchase their last item. When the customer completes the scheme, a voucher is text to their mobile phone which can then be redeemed by scanning at the point of sale.

When either a ticket or voucher is redeemed, texts and emails can be sent to both the business owner and the customer to inform them of the redemption. The message could also include requests for feedback, details of upcoming news and events or remind them how to get another loyalty voucher.

Messages can be delayed for a period of time after the event, so that some time passes before the customer is contacted.

All the services are fully automated, running 24/7 365 days a year without the need to print and maintain physical tickets or cards, allowing the right voucher to be delivered at the right time. Vastly improving efficiency, ease of use and customers only need to remember to take their smart phones and away they go!
