2012 saw a bumper year for ICRTouch

For the second year running ICRTouch has seen more installs in a year that at any other time in its history.  During 2012 there were more than 5,000 installs of ICRTouch which is an average of 20 per day!  Over 700 of these fell during the month of November alone, which was also the highest number seen in a single month.

We put this to our CEO, Colin Ringer, and he had this to say on the subject:

I'd like to say a massive thank you and big well done to our customer support team, talking to our customers I continually hear the same thing over and over again - "One of the main reasons that we continually supply your products is because the customer support that you offer is so good".  Furthermore it's also clear that having the best support team around isn't going to make a massive difference if your product is rubbish so I also extend my gratitude to the software development team that strive to ensure that our products incorporate all the latest technologies and ideas, but more importantly work faultlessly.  It is for these reasons that we are the clear market leader in our field.

We'd like to thank our network of resellers and distributors for their support, product feedback which helps us to ensure that our products meet every customers needs and of course for their loyalty over the years and wish everyone continued success for the future.
