Being a web based product TouchOffice Web enables you to access live, near real time sales information about your EPoS System from anywhere in the world via a computer, tablet, smartphone or in fact any web enabled device. More than that all the software is hosted on our own dedicated web servers which means that you no longer need to worry about keeping your computer systems up to date, repairs or even making sure that you keep up to date backups.
TouchOffice Web has some exciting bolt on modules, such as an interface to your CCTV system allowing you to drill down individual transactions made at the POS attached to the transaction in the audit roll and the CCTV footage to accompany that. Plan & Pay helps with scheduling staff hours based on how busy your business is at different periods throughout the working day and week.
