I am doing a bit of research for a client who is looking at getting Touch Loyalty. They currently run 3 Touch Point Terminals connected to Touch Office Standard. Right now every time they hand out a loyalty card, the customer will fill out some details on a form and collect their card with 100 free points. The owner then inputs the details each day into his spreadsheet and imports it to touch office. They love the system and fell it has been a benefit to their business hence why they are looking at Touch Loyalty. Unfortunately I didn't know enough about it to 'sell' them it. Can someone help me out with a bit of technical features it has and why it would benefit his business ?
