ICRTouch EPoS products that should be used in a hotel:
- TouchPoint: This is the hotel touch screen till and forms the central part of any ICRTouch EPoS System.
- TouchOffice: This is optional EPoS software than can be run on the back office or home pc and allows you to get extended reports over the standard tilling reports, better stock control and full product file maintenance.
- PocketTouch: PocketTouch is a digital handheld ordering device that allows your staff to take your hotel touch screen till system directly to your customers and allows them to be served without having to visit the bar area.
- TouchLoyalty: Offers enhancements to the standard loyalty system already found in TouchPoint; this is especially useful if you run an estate of hotels.
Hotel PMS Interface
The TouchPoint hotel property management system interface enables guests staying in your hotel to post their purchases at the bar to your existing hotel system so that they can be paid for at the end of their stay when they check out of the hotel.
The vast majority of Hotel PMS systems available on the UK market have added an ICRTouch interface or have a method of interfacing with ICRTouch.
