Smith & Western

Smith & Western approached SBS EPOS with a requirement to roll out a restaurant epos system across it's five sites spread over the Kent area. The main criteria was reliability as the restaurants would seat 100's of covers during busy periods and downtime was not an option. After working closely to understand their full requirements we began to deploy the systems, training staff on the epos interface and linking all sites back to head office for management reporting.

Hardware Solution

FEC (Firich) MP3525 touch screen terminals offering high performance and a high definition display designed for speed of service. Integrated swipe card readers were also key to allow for management control and the tracking of staff sales.

Software Solution

ICRTouch TouchPoint EPoS software offers a flexible platform for restaurant businessese and are easily tailored to the customer’s requirements. With a large menu as well as a bar area the layout needed to be intuitive, simple to use and most importantly easy to maintain. ICRTouch is able to allow programming tasks from any epos terminal in the system and doesn’t rely on servers or additional software.
